ARMA: What is your name?
NIKITA: This is Nikita Shivdasani.

ARMA: Where are you from?
NIKITA: I'm from Bombay, India.

ARMA: Where do you go to college? and for how long?
NIKITA: i went to college in Bombay, name Scotland for 4-years.

ARMA: Do you plan to go back to school?
NIKITA: NO, i haven't plan to go back.

ARMA: what was your major in college and what kind of degree you earn?
NIKITA: my major was advertising and marketing, i earned master's degree.

ARMA: Why did you choose this Field?
NIKITA: i found that interesting, actually my interest was towards it from the time i think of my future Carrier.

ARMA: why did you choose this job?
NIKITA: the thing i like about this job is event planing, advertising, and it was my back ground so i like this job.

ARMA: How long have you worked here?
NIKITA: i have been work here from last 8-months.

ARMA: what is your job title?
NIKITA: MY title is as a office manager.

ARMA: what do your duties include?
NIKITA: my duty includes, planing for an event, coordinating with the members about the event, and managing the mail list.

ARMA: what are some of the challenges you faced here so far?
NIKITA: yeah.. ummm... i do got challenges when there is an event, i have to look for every thing, there should be no mistakes, like we had last time, we were actually was not being able to arrange the food so it was a big challenge for me. these kind of challenges are always came.

ARMA: what is the best part of your job?
NIKITA: best part of my job is to meet different people from different back grounds, you learn a lot, you get ands on experience, and also how to work in a team.

ARMA: how has having an intern helped your company or organization advance or progress?
NIKITA: it has been helpful, It help interns tp learn as well as gives the company an opportunity to give company some ideas.


ARMA: what advice would you give to high school aged students?
NIKITA: i have so many things to say after having you with us.
* to take more responsibilities, learn more.
* know how to follow through you commitment.
* have to be sharp, you should know whats going on.
* learn fast, and do it correctly and quickly.
* you should have sense of commitment.
* GIVE YOUR BEST.
